The predominant experience of first meeting Dr. Sunil Mehra will always remain with me as he resonates calm, self-confidence. He listens with intent and his feedback is considered, wise and helpful. Kama Health is privileged to have this caliber medical advisor on the team.

Dr Sunil has lived and practiced medicine in a number of centres across the globe but currently calls Brampton, Ontario his home. Now a consultant specialising in Pediatrics, Allergies and Asthma he has headed a number of programs both here and in the States.

His vast body of experience includes appointments to the Ministry of Health Policy Advisory Committee in Ontario, the Ministry of Health Canada to the District health council, the steering committee of Early Childhood Program in Canada, and the Ontario Society of Allergy & Immunology.

3. What is your vision for medicine in the future?

The time is not far when we will conquer debilitating diseases like Cancer, Dementia and Parkinson’s that not only affect the patient but their families more so.

4. Mental health during a pandemic is important - give one tip to beat the blues.

Keep your mind active by indulging in home activities like reading, listening to audio books and staying in touch with your friends and family on the phone or face-time.

Spend quality time with my grandchildren and see them grow to become good human beings.
