The medication generally works well, though I noticed some inconsistency. I received a 10mg dose from one pharmacy that was effective, but the same dosage from another source didn’t seem to work as well—I had to take 20mg to get the same results. While it’s more expensive than generic Viagra, I found that it works faster. In terms of effectiveness, I experienced a similar response to 60mg of the generic version.

Funny enough, I actually find 5 mg works better for me than 10 mg. The erections are just as solid, but the climax feels even stronger! Bit strange, but no complaints here.
